We are experts in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
We don't sell LEGO workshops.
We inspire and enable our customers to achieve their goals by utilizing the innovative and powerful approach of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
It is a tool that helps make the intangible tangible. Every solution is designed based on understanding the customer's needs.
It is a problem-solving methodology that facilitates effective communication, idea-sharing, and solution generation.
Participants collaborate to construct LEGO® models that depict concepts, ideas, or situations related to a particular theme.

When everyone acknowledges that they possess part of the answer and shares responsibility for solving problems, implementing strategies, and developing products, among other things.
How it was developed
The first launch of LSP was in late 2001. The idea of using LEGO bricks for business objectives emerged in 1995.
From 1995 to 1999, J. Ros, B. Victor, and the owner of the LEGO Company, Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, experimented with the idea. In 1999, Robert Rasmussen accepted the task of taking charge of the development, resulting in version 1.0 of the method in 2001, managed and overseen by Robert Rasmussen.
In 2002, version 1.0 was ready to be launched by Executive Discovery LLC.
What is the AMT
Association of Master Trainers was created by Per Kristiansen and Robert Rasmussen. They are the Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, not because they were appointed by the LEGO Company but because they historically developed the training programs. Over a period of 10 years, until 2010, they conducted global facilitator training programs on behalf of the LEGO Company.
